CARNIVAL INFORMATION:
You read the subject line correctly - SPRING Carnival. Even though snow may
still be on the ground, UPE must begin to plan its Spring Carnival.
Mrs. Barb Kernen & Mrs. Laurie White have come together and wish "to provide
affordable fun for UPE children in a clean, upbeat family atmosphere"!

PARENT PRESENTATION
Dr. Patschke has arranged for the following Parent Presentation - March 10,
2010 in the cafeteria at 9:30 AM - H & S business meeting will occur
immediately after this presentation. A Snapshot of Elementary Science by
Sue Choi, 3rd Grade Teacher and UPES Science Coordinator
Parents will be provided with an overview of how elementary school students
can be excited about "Science!." You'll learn about the elementary K-4
science curriculum which includes interactive content, hands on application,
and demonstration lessons. Ideas will be shared on how to encourage your
child to be "science motivated" outside of the school setting.
